We just love ice cream!
The owners of Dough and Arrows, John and Amanda Watson, have always reached for dreams that may be a little challenging. After having three biological children, The Watsons decided to adopt two more children. Making their "Watson Bunch" a complete seven. While traveling, they had the opportunity to try edible cookie dough and they fell in love! Realizing this would be an amazing addition to Hanover, and the real estate for an ice cream shop was available, everything seemed to align.
From then on the “arrows” pointed forward, shooting them into an amazing opportunity to provide Hanover with a family friendly modern twist to ice cream.
where did it come from?
ALL IN THE NAME
As for our name Dough speaks for itself, but where did the Arrows come from you wonder?
Owner, Amanda, has a "SMALL" obsession with arrows but there is some logic behind the name choice.
As an outlook on life and its challenges, the Watsons have proceeded with the following statement:
"An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it's going to launch you into something great. So just focus, and keep aiming
It only seemed natural to have Arrows in the name, hoping to aim for a great, successful business.
